Wow what a great experience working with Mary Love! We purchased a fixer-upper house. As I normally spend too much rehabbing houses she very respectfully advised I try to keep from over-spending on upgraded finishes as the comps for this starter home might restrict the selling price. I did listen to her and when we went to list it 2 other homes had sold recently at a stronger price which allowed us to list and sell ours for way more than we originally thought. Mary is extremely knowledgeable regarding the local real estate market, and really listens to you to determine your needs and resources so she can help you find the right property.
